Green. at the 2025 French Open: an exceptional event in Saint-Nom-la-Bretèche 🏌

The 2025 French Open has kept all its promises. This edition like no other took place on the Mythical route of Saint-Nom-la-Bretèche, which hosted the country's biggest pro tournament for the first time in over 40 years. And We, the Green team, were there!
🌿 A place steeped in history
As soon as we arrived, we understood why so many golf legends love this course. The atmosphere is there intimate, elegant and authentic. Nothing to do with the big stands of the National Golf. Here, we live golf as close as possible to the players, in a magnificent natural setting, between forests and technical fairways.
The club knew how to marry prestige and accessibility, with well-thought-out spectator areas, local catering, and even a green-friendly space with eco-responsible products — obviously, that speaks to us.
🏆 A high level sports show
On the competition side, the public was spoiled: a Thrilling fight until the last day, with a breathtaking finish on Par‑3 of 18, where everything could change. It's finally the South African Thriston Lawrence who won at -14, ahead of Michael Kim and an impressive Romain Langasque.
🥇 Final ranking — Top 5:
- Thriston Lawrence 🇿🇦 - 14
- Michael Kim 🇺🇸 - 13
- Romain Langasque 🇫🇷 -12
- Tommy Fleetwood 🇬🇧 —11
- Adrian Meronk 🇵🇱 —10
🎯 Green. in the field: an experience worth sharing

During the four days, Green. was on site to experience the tournament, meet the fans, volunteers, players, and capture the unique atmosphere of this historic return. We talked with enthusiasts, took dozens of photos, and tested some local initiatives around sustainable golf.
Frankly? It was great. A rare edition, a great audience, a magical place. We would have liked it to last longer.
What we remember (and what we hope for)
- Saint-Nom-la-Bretèche is definitely a spot to be reviewed on the major tournament calendar.
- The enthusiasm for French golf is real, with a new generation of players and fans.
- And above all: we want to go back. And to bring more people with us.
In summary:
The 2025 French Open in Saint-Nom La Bretèche was more than a tournament: it was A moment of pure golf, lived in the heart of a mythical place. Green. was there, and we'll talk to you soon!
