The Montecastillo Golf Club in Andalusia, owned by the Barceló Montecastillo Resort, has 18 holes (Par 72). It was designed and designed by golf legend Jack Nicklaus. The Barceló Montecastillo Golf was the home of the Volvo Masters for 5 consecutive years (from 1997 to 2001) and the Peugeot Tour final (from 2001 to 2003).
Nicklaus took advantage of the vast setting to design a course with tournament dimensions.
