Located approximately 30 minutes by car from the Hotel Riu Tikida Beach****, in the heart of the new Taghazout Bay seaside resort, the Golf Taghazout invites you to a spectacular golfing experience facing the Atlantic Ocean, with each hole offering striking panoramas of the waves and the surrounding argan forests. Created by architect Kyle Phillips, this technical and harmonious course fits perfectly into the natural landscape, preserving the local vegetation while offering an exciting design for golfers of all levels.

The main course is an 18 hole, par72, of almost 6730 meters, built on cliffs at approximately 80m above sea level. The undulating fairways and contours of the terrain offer both strategic challenges and opportunities for spectacular play, with varied transitions between coastal holes and areas more protected by natural argan vegetation. This route combines playing pleasure and technicality, while remaining accessible to a wide range of players.

EXCURSIONS:

• In 1/2 day: visit to the Targant museum and cooking lessons

We offer you a unique cultural and gastronomic half-day around traditional Moroccan cuisine, at Targant - Musée de l'Arganier, located in the magnificent Bay of Taghazout.

Your morning will begin with a transfer by coach from your Riu Tikida Beach hotel, towards the museum (around 30 minutes drive). You will be accompanied by a professional French-speaking guide.

Arriving at the museum, you will first discover the world of the argan tree, an emblematic tree of Souss-Massa, as well as its cultural, social and economic importance in the region. The museum offers a concrete overview of the production of argan oil, its traditional uses and its role in gastronomy, cosmetics and the Moroccan art of living.

The second part of the excursion is an interactive cooking class, led by local chefs. In a friendly and practical atmosphere, you will learn to prepare several typical Moroccan dishes, such as couscous, tagines or pastillas, using local products and traditional techniques. This course of approximately 2 hours combines learning, cultural exchanges and direct practice.

At the end of the workshop, you will taste the dishes you have prepared, sharing a gourmet and interactive moment with the group. This experience combines discovery, culinary know-how, Amazigh culture and pleasure of the senses, an authentic way to immerse yourself in Moroccan gastronomy in an original and educational place.

You will then be taken back to your hotel in the early afternoon, enriched with lessons and flavors typical of the Agadir region.

• Daytime visit to the Souss-Massa National Park

We offer you a day of exploration in the heart of theSouss-Massa National Park, one of the natural jewels of southern Morocco. The park extends over several varied areas ranging from estuaries and wetlands to dunes, cliffs and arid plains, offering an extraordinary terrain of biodiversity to discover.

The day will begin with private transport from your hotel, and a 28-minute panoramic journey through the traditional landscapes of Souss-Massa. You will be accompanied by aFrench-speaking guide.

Your excursion will allow you to discover the natural riches of the park:

• Observation of a great diversity of birds, in particular rare species such as the bald ibis, which makes the park one of the last natural sites in the world to shelter wild colonies of this endangered species, as well as flamingos, herons, ducks and many other migratory or resident birds;

• Exploration of the plains, argan groves, dunes and wetlands of the park, offering the possibility of seeing other emblematic animals such as local gazelles or antelopes, as well as numerous spectacular landscapes;

• Discovery of the wild Atlantic coast, cliffs and of the banks of the Massa River, which offer impressive viewpoints and panoramas perfect for nature photographs.

This tour usually includes a lunch break in a local restaurant or a traditional Moroccan meal, offering the opportunity to taste typical dishes.

The excursion ends in the late afternoon with your return to Agadir, rich in memories of a day spent in a natural environment of great diversity.
