Inaugurated in 1993 as one of the first luxury lodges in the region, this property pays homage to the legend of "Jock of the Bushveld", the famous hunting dog immortalised by Sir Percy FitzPatrick in the early 20th century. Located near Malelane, the lodge offers an intimate and authentic safari experience, far from the crowds, in a preserved environment where wildlife roams freely without fences. The architecture, in classic African colonial style with thatched roofs, wooden beams and stone walls, blends harmoniously into the mopane forest.
