Originally designed by Willie Park Jr., then remodeled by Des Giffin, the Strand is a par 72 over 6400m, regularly swept by the Atlantic winds. The hole No. 1, with its elevated tee and breathtaking view of the ocean, immediately sets the tone: here, every shot counts.
