The route in detail
Opened in 1996 and completely redesigned in 2013 by Tony Jacklin, alongside Hans-Georg Erhardt and Snorri Vilhjalmsson, the course has evolved from a classic layout to a modern, spectacular and resolutely ambitious route. Secret Valley is today one of the pillars of the Venus Rock project, a luxury seaside development that combines golf, 5-star hotels and exceptional residences.
A unique environment
The route winds through a spectacular valley with colorful rock formations, whose hues vary depending on the light of the day. The tree-filled fairways of the valley floor gradually give way to raised tees, offering breathtaking views of the sea and the surrounding hills. Each hole is designed to take advantage of this natural topography, offering a diversity of playing situations that are as technical as they are pleasant.
Ideal to play in the early hours of the morning or at the end of the day to enjoy the play of shadows on the rocks and a cooler atmosphere, Secret Valley seduces as much by its aesthetics as by its technicality.
