The course & its setting
Whether you are traveling alone, with family or friends, Penha Longa offers much more than just a course: it is a true golf experience, between technical challenge and contemplative stroll, in one of the most enchanting settings in Portugal.
Designed in 1992, this championship course has hosted the Portugal Open on several occasions. Its daring layout alternates wide fairways, impeccable greens and panoramic views over the Atlantic Ocean, the coastal towns of Cascais and Estoril, and the hills of Sintra. A demanding course, thrilling at every hole, ideal for golfers seeking a challenge and spectacular scenery.

A unique environment
Combining the first 9 holes of the Championship Course and the striking panoramas of the natural park, this course offers a varied experience, between narrow fairways, fast greens and wooded environment. Accessible to all levels, it is perfect for a shorter but equally technical round.
This course combines the last 9 holes of the Championship with those of the former Old Monastery Course, crossing the historic remains of the estate. The atmosphere is unique, almost mystical, and each hole invites a new strategy. A golf stroll in the heart of a place steeped in history.
