Opened in 2009, Laranjal quickly established itself as one of the best courses in Portugal, awarded in 2011 at the Portuguese Travel Awards.
A former orange grove transformed into an 18-hole championship course (Par 72), it is located just 2 km east of the resort, in the peaceful and green Ludo valley.

The route in detail
6,480 meters long, Laranjal is renowned for its demanding route, which requires precision and concentration with each shot. The carefully maintained hilly terrain offers exceptional quality of play all year round.
A unique environment
Surrounded by umbrella pines, cork oaks, orange trees and five superb lakes, Laranjal seduces as much by its natural beauty as by its technicality. It includes five Par 5s, eight Par 4s and five Par 3s, all lined with thick roughs and neat greenswhich add to the challenge.
