A modern course with spectacular terrain
Inaugurated in 2019, the Kings Golf Club in Inverness is a 18-hole “championship” course designed by architect Stuart Rennie. Replacing the old Torvean Golf Club, this new modern, hilly layout has been redesigned following the “Inverness West Link” road project, now offering a course that is both technical and accessible.

The route in detail
Extending approximately 6,066m from the rear tees, with a par 70, this course is distinguished by dynamic terrain with up to 65 meters of elevation change. The wide fairways invite attack, while the greens, conforming to USGA standards, demand optimal precision of play: missing the green often results in a tricky up-and-down.

A unique environment
Among the highlights, hole No. 12 offers exceptional panoramic views of the city of Inverness, the Moray Firthand the surrounding hills. The hole 18, par 4 of 334m, offers a final challenge with a green nestled behind a pond, requiring a final precise shot to finish in style.
