In 2022, two new 18-hole courses were unveiled on the heights located to the southeast of Navarino Bay. These 36 holes, called International Olympic Academy and Hills, were designed by José María Olazábal, two-time Masters champion and Ryder Cup legend, with his Olazabal Design team.

The course & its setting
Spanning 6366m of rugged terrain, these courses offer panoramic views of the surrounding countryside and the historic bay of Navarino, scene of a decisive naval battle in 1827 that sealed Greek independence.

“The Navarino Hills site is one of the most spectacular I have ever seen”, confides Olazábal. “The characteristics of the land are perfect for golf and this area is among the most beautiful where I have had the chance to work”. “The International Olympic Academy is the longer and more demanding of the two courses I designed. It is more compact and differs from the Hills, located in a valley offering more space, especially at the start.
The new clubhouse, designed by renowned architect Lubomír Zeman, built in local stone, serves both courses from a central location. Nearby, a practice that can accommodate sixty players as well as a 15,000 m² training area for the short game complete the offering.
