A masterpiece by Robert Trend Jones Jr.
Designed by the famous American architect Robert Trent Jones Jr., who has created or renovated more than 250 golf coursesaround the world since 1960, the Golf Alcanada opened its doors in 2003. Located in the north of Mallorca, by the sea, this 18-hole course extends over 6,499 meters, perfectly integrated into the typical Mediterranean landscape of the island.

The course & its setting
The club takes its name from a neighboring island, identifiable thanks to its lighthouse, visible from most holes. Surrounded by pine trees and olive trees, the course offers golfers splendid sea views throughout their round.

Route & Infrastructure
Despite its relative youth, Alcanada is already praised by numerous magazines and specialist guides, who rank it among the best courses in Spain and Europe. It was notably voted best course in Europe by the German magazine “Golf Journal” for four consecutive years, until 2012.
