The route in detail
Designed in 1994 by South African champion Hugh Baiocchi, this 6,018 meter par 72 course stretches through a former game reserve. Rather narrow and wooded, the Legend Golf Course is a real technical challenge with its numerous strategically placed bodies of water and its demanding greens, often feared even by the best players.
Heritage & Tradition
The fairways wind through the heart of native forest, and the wide but complex greens test precision and strategy. The sea only appears at hole no. 17, a spectacular par 3 on the edge of Bras Requin bay, renowned as one of the most memorable on the course.
This course is ideal for experienced golfers, and hosts the prestigious Mauritius Golf Open every year.
